ACSA, at the request of many of our customers, has established an On-Line Utility Bill Paying system to better serve our county water and sewer customers.
After entering the Total Due of your current water/sewer bill in the box labeled Total Due, hit the "Continue to pay your bill" button and you will be forwarded to our secure site. Make sure you look for the https:// in the address bar. The s in https, means that the page is in fact a secure page.
You will be asked to provide some basic information such as your account number, name, address, email address, etc. The required fields have an asterisk beside them.

THERE is a 3% surcharge applied to each credit card transaction.
At the bottom of the page, you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card information. Once you have completed filling in the required information, hit "Submit Payment Now" at the bottom of the page. Please only hit the "submit payment now" button once.
