Ordinance No. 2017-0002, adding § 714 to Article VII of Appendix A to the Amherst County Code to establish provisions governing development in areas susceptible to flooding. Documents: Ordinance
Special Exception Request, No. 2017-01, request by Deborah and Phillip White for a special exception request in the A-1 Agricultural Residential District. The purpose of the special exception is to allow for a kennel that will provide board and grooming services.
