Refunds will be granted in the following conditions:
  • For customer accounts which have been closed and do not have another open account in their name and have a credit balance; or
  • On a case by case basis as requested by the customer or noticed as necessary by the County of Amherst Representative
Only those refund requests submitted within 15 days of payment will be considered.

The method of the refund will depend on the amount of U.S. dollars in question, the method which the funds were originally paid for, and the timing of the original payment.

  • A brief explanation as to why you are requesting the refund
