Our department is responsible for all computer-related functions in all county offices. Our job responsibilities,
- include troubleshooting computer and network-related issues
- installation and setup of computer hardware and software
We are the support desk for all software and internet-related questions and provide technical assistance for hardware-related questions or problems.
We also handle any telecommunications directly involving our computer system and remote sites. In addition, we generate all payrolls and accounts payables for the county and schools, tax tickets, tax books, and vehicle license applications.
Presently, we manage all records of Real Estate and Personal Property information, Business, State Incomes, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, Building Inspections, and Treasurer's records.
Other duties include backup and restore procedures and all upgrades to the installed software modules.
